Compute and decrypt an anonymous level (0 = excellent, 1 = ok, 2 = needs attention) for a specific review.
3️⃣ Reviewer Tag-Level Feedback
Compute anonymous level for all ratings associated with a given reviewer tag (e.g. "alice").
4️⃣ Team-Level Health
Global encrypted team health level from all submitted ratings.
